Description

The Anco TS Longspan Shelving Starter Bay with 3 Chipboard Levels is a strong, adaptable shelving system designed for medium to heavy duty storage in warehouses, workshops, and industrial storerooms. Constructed using galvanised uprights, 6 fold channel beams, and interlocking deck supports, it delivers excellent rigidity and durability under frequent use. Each bay includes three 18 mm chipboard shelves, providing a reliable solution for storing cartons, tools, components, and bulky stock items.

This starter bay range is available in multiple width and depth configurations, with widths from 1229 mm up to 2754 mm and depths from 471 mm up to 1233 mm. These variations allow operators to choose between narrow or wide bay formats depending on aisle space and inventory size. All configurations maintain consistent load performance, supporting 300 kg UDL per shelf and up to 1500 kg UDL per bay, making the system suitable for demanding storage environments. The boltless design ensures quick assembly using only a rubber mallet, enabling fast installation across large projects.

Functional Use and Benefits

The adjustable beam levels allow shelves to be repositioned as inventory requirements change, providing flexibility for mixed product types. The interlocking deck supports improve shelf stiffness and distribute loads more evenly, reducing deflection when storing heavier items. The robust structure makes the system suitable for high turnover areas where durable, reliable storage is essential.

Why You Should Buy
