Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within One business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In case of stock discrepancies or backorders, we will inform you as soon as possible with options (e.g. wait for restock or refund).
- Order cut-off is 14:00 for same day processing.
Shipping Destinations
- We ship to all UK Mainland post codes within the United Kingdom with the exception of the below post codes:
FK, DD, PH, AB, IV, KW1-KW14, ZE, BT, IM, KA27-KA28, KW15-KW17, HS, PA20, PA34, PA42-PA49, PA60-61, PA62-PA75, PA76-PA78, PO30-PO41
To ship to these post codes please contact us now and we will be happy to help.
If an order is received from the above excluded post code list out with the UK Mainland acceptable list then it will be refunded immediately.
- For international orders contact us, please note that additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are your responsibility.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We partner with reputable couriers (e.g. Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS, etc.) depending on destination, package size, and delivery speed selected.
- We cannot always guarantee tracking on certain items/orders. If you have a question and tracking isn’t available, please contact our sales team and we will be able to help you.
- We work with trusted UK partners to ship products directly from the supplier, manufacturer or our very own distribution facility, depending on your location. Ultimately to provide the very best service for our customers.
Shipping Cost and Timeframes
- All orders valued at £500 or more, ex VAT (£600 inc VAT), will be shipped to UK mainland free of charge within our standard delivery timeframes.
- All order values £499.99 or less, ex VAT (£599.99 inc VAT), will incur a small order charge of £25 ex VAT (£30 inc VAT) at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver orders within the timeframes outlined on product pages and as per the Shipping Policy. However, from time to time mistakes or events happen out with our control so mean that delivery times can be delayed. If you think your delivery should've arrived by now please contact our team at 0303 3301 247 and we will be happy to help. You will find accurate delivery timescales on the product pages but we offer the below delivery timescales across our site:
- 1 to 2 Working Days
- 3 to 6 Working Days
- 7 to 15 Working Days
- Specific timeframes are specified on the product pages. If the delivery to your area isn’t available, please contact our sales team and they will be happy to help.
- Please allow additional time during busy periods (e.g. holidays, sales) or due to customs delays for international shipments.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please note that stated delivery timeframes are only an estimate, this may differ due to various factors but we will do our best to keep to them.
Tracking & Notifications
- After your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number if available.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active in the courier’s system.
- If you have any questions about your shipment’s status, please contact us at help@247direct.com with your order number.
Change of Address
- If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before the order has been dispatched.
- Once the order is with the courier, we may not be able to make changes. Additional fees may apply if rerouting is possible.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
- For UK Po Box addresses, standard postal services can be used. Courier-based deliveries may not deliver to PO Boxes.
- International military addresses may be subject to restrictions and longer delivery times.
Damaged, Lost or Missing Items
- On delivery, please inspect the packaging. If there’s visible damage, note it with the courier.
- If items are missing or damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
- We will work with the courier to arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, subject to verification.
Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
- Duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
- We may provide an option during checkout to pre-pay import duties/taxes where available to reduce customs delays.
- International customers may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees. These are not included in our product prices.
Cancellations & Returns
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched; once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
