Description
Description
The Anco® TS Longspan Shelving Extension Bay is engineered to extend an existing TS Longspan starter bay, allowing you to create longer shelving runs and increase storage capacity without purchasing a complete additional unit.
Built with galvanised uprights, 6 fold channel beams, and interlocking deck supports, it delivers strong structural rigidity suitable for medium to heavy duty applications. The boltless design enables quick assembly using only a rubber mallet, making it efficient for growing warehouses, workshops, and stockrooms.
This extension bay is available in a wide selection of size configurations, with widths ranging from 1229 mm up to 2754 mm and depths from 471 mm to 1233 mm, allowing users to match the bay precisely to their existing TS Longspan layout. These dimensional variations support both narrow and deep shelf setups while maintaining consistent load performance across all sizes. Each bay includes 3 levels of chipboard decking, supporting up to 300 kg UDL per shelf and 1500 kg UDL per bay, offering reliable storage for boxed goods, tools, and heavier stock items.
Functional Use and Benefits
This system is ideal for expanding storage in high-use industrial environments where adaptability and durability are essential. Adjustable beam levels allow operators to reconfigure shelf spacing as stock profiles change, while the interlocking deck supports improve shelf stiffness and load distribution. The robust frame design ensures dependable long term use in demanding work areas.
