Framework Construction:

  • Leg Frame 32mm x 32mm MS ERW tube - 16 gauge
  • Top C Sections 50mm x 25mm – 16 gauge
  • Foot rail 25mm x 25mm MS ERW tube – 16 gauge

Paint Finish:

  • Three stage pre-treatment and phosphate coating
  • One coat epoxy polyester full gloss powder coating with Germ Guard antibacterial ingredient. Powder coated light grey RAL 7035
  • Oven cured at 180 deg. C

Workbench features:

  • Supplied with levelling feet for uneven floor surfaces.
  • Will accommodate all standard cupboards and drawers by means of a hanging bars suspended from the top C sections.
  • Above-bench accessories mount to support posts that fix to rear of leg frames.
  • SWL 250kg. UDL do not exceed this loading.
  • Compatible accessories available to suit Cantilever Workbench.
  • Lower shelves and extension benches available.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

  • Clean paint work periodically with warm soapy water or Foaming cleaner
  • Oil hinges and lock sparingly as required with a light oil (3in1 or similar)
