Spec Sheet

Description

The Anco Kanban Shelving System is engineered to improve workflow efficiency in manufacturing, assembly, kitting, and order-picking operations.

Built around a strong steel frame with angled shelves, it supports smooth material flow using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method, ensuring correct stock rotation and organised replenishment. The ergonomic sloping-shelf layout allows items to slide forward automatically, reducing picking time and keeping frequently used components within easy reach.

This range is available in several functional configurations, including complete systems supplied with picking bins, systems supplied with shelf trays, and open-frame shelving with sloping shelves only. All variations share a standard footprint of 1830 mm height × 915 mm width × 610 mm depth, providing a uniform structure that fits easily into production lines, packing cells, and kitting areas. Users can also add extra sloping shelves to expand capacity or reconfigure layouts for different product sizes.

  • Efficient Component Handling: Bins ideal for fast-moving consumables and small items.
  • Optimised FIFO Flow: Angled design supports automatic stock rotation.
  • Immediate Deployment: Pre-configured storage improves setup speed.

System with Shelf Trays

  • High Visibility: Easy to see and pick items from open trays.
  • Ideal for Medium-Volume Kitting: Supports a wide range of product types.

Shelving with Sloping Shelves (No Bins)
A versatile open unit designed for users who want to customise bin, tray, or box placement.

  • Adaptable Layout: Configure shelves for different part sizes.
  • Lean-Ready Design: Supports ergonomic flow in picking and assembly lines.
  • Cost-Efficient Option: Ideal for facilities using their own handling containers.

Extra Sloping Shelf (Accessory Option)
Allows the shelving system to be expanded or reconfigured as workflows evolve.

  • Scalable Storage: Add shelves for increased capacity.
  • Custom Shelf Spacing: Suits different product dimensions.
  • Improves Throughput: Keeps replenishment organised during busy shifts.
