Description

The Anco® Extra Shelf is designed to expand the storage capacity of an existing Anco shelving installation without the need for purchasing an additional bay.

Supplied with a durable 18 mm chipboard deck, a pair of beams, and deck supports where required, it integrates seamlessly into compatible Anco rivet or longspan systems. The shelf locks securely into place using the same boltless assembly method, allowing fast installation with only a rubber mallet.

This range is offered in multiple size variations, with widths from 1000 mm to 1500 mm and depths from 300 mm to 600 mm, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of existing bay configurations. These dimensional options allow operators to match the added shelf to their current system layout, whether they require shallow shelves for smaller cartons or deeper levels for bulkier items. Each size maintains consistent strength and stability, ensuring the shelf performs to the same standard as the original installation.

Functional Use and Benefits

The extra shelf helps optimise vertical space by adding additional storage levels to existing shelving runs. Its chipboard surface supports a variety of items including cartons, components, and tools, making it suitable for warehousing, production, stockrooms, and retail backrooms. The boltless system ensures hassle free installation, even during ongoing operations.

Why You Should Buy

  • Increase Capacity: Add more usable storage levels without expanding floor space.
  • Easy Installation: Boltless design allows fitting in minutes using only a rubber mallet.
  • Strong and Reliable: Built to match the load performance of existing shelves.
  • Cost Effective Upgrade: Boosts storage capacity without purchasing a new bay.
